Love this store friendly and helpful staff without being pushy

If i could give this individual metro centre store a minus five then i would….i came in to buy my partner a candle she was after, i was being served by a very young girl at the till..as i was being served, there was a female manager that one of the girls referred to her as Lynette, I've never heard some one as power mad and as disgusting mannered to her staff, standing with her hands on her hips speaking to them like dogs, making one girl very up set by shouting at her…she then turned to me and remarked, that she thinks people from Newcastle are rude and obnoxious…ill never shop at this store again!

Worst customer service I've ever known, served twice in the same week, by the same member of staff and her attitude was awful. This was after she was laughing and carrying on with another staff member as we approached the shop, must not like people buying things from the store.

Ordered yankee candle online price was excellent and delivery was quick kept updated on the status of the order and delivery .Thank you for an overall brilliant service would recommend.

Lovely shop, excellent service and delivery is seamless. Highly recommend as they have a great range of Yankee and WoodWick candles and good prices.

Yeah i agree with the other reviewer, rude and odd staff. Called in today for a look around and won't do so again. The sales woman came barging up to me to tell me i was smelling the candles wrong?! A weird and bizarre experience indeed i was quite glad to leave and didn't buy anything.

The staff at this Yankee candle shop were generally lovely people. Would really recommend this Yankee as I am myself a Yankee expert. Me and my Yankee partner visited this shop today and this shop brought great joy and happiness to my life. I bought a Icy Blue Spruce and I have to say my room is smelling as good as ever.
