Very disappointed. We booked tickets for a Halloween event. But unfortunately we can't get in . We was waiting outside nearly 2 hours in rain but quee even doesn't go forward. And no money back .

Tried to go on a Halloween night out and waited almost 50 mins in pouring rain to get be told by a bouncer that we are unlikely to get in. Tried to contact bar and beyond and got no response. Awful service.

Unfortunately a scuffle occurred, but instead of the bouncers trying to resolve and calm the situation down, they were doing the best they could to hurt people, I saw one bouncer hit a guy and then stand over him while on the floor stating 'that's what you deserve'. I wouldn't go back here as I wouldn't feel safe with this sort of practice.

The service here has been awful as we were in a group of 3 and yet the waiter only served 2 of us, when the food eventually arrived it was cold and soggy, there is also barely any variety. The portion sizes are tiny as we only got 2 pizzas for the 3 of us. The glasses we were given also appeared to be dirty.The waiters were seen touching costumers throughout the night and also dancing instead of serving people. The music was also way too loud for a place to eat, we could not hear eachother or the waiter at all throughout the night.The waiter also completely disregarded my friends allergies and refused to check the ingredients in a drink despite her asking numerous times.It was way too overpriced, loud and disgusting.

Got thrown out due to being ‘drunk’ I literally sat down at a table after dancing then got told to leave. They had a massive queue outside and in my view they wanted space as I was being sensible and no longer drinking! Money grabbing idiots!

Clubbing's not my thing - but to be fair it was pretty lively for like 8pm when we went there. We stayed for a long while, and the DJs did a decent enough job. Odd choices in music sometimes but.. fine

Had poor night here, bouncers chuck you out because they have lots people outside waiting, they approach u saying want a word outside walk to door and don’t let u in again, waste of money

Please be careful of your drinks. Spent part of my evening in the SOS bus then blue light to A&E. Was fine one minute, then unconscious. I was lucky to be looked after as was with my husband and friends. Am only putting this post on so this doesn't happen to youngsters who might end in a far worse situation. Please be careful.
