Royal Mail - Swansea Mail Centre

had an email saying my small parcel would arrive today between a certain time. end of the day, im still waiting for it. email convieniently says time and date not guaranteed!!!! what a joke

it's just a problem! I do not recommend using Royal mail for anything! they are disorganized! rude! they just delayed my delivery by more than 20 days!

Shocking. Update your opening hours online if you're going to go from a full day to 9-10am and 4-6pm so people don't needlessly drive to collect a parcel at the wrong time. Or better yet, put the opening hours on the card you leave. It's appalling service.

Who works until noon ?RoyalMail ... no reattempts, no further communication apart from a piece of paper.I’ve been trying to pickup my parcel but .. I work!!! Very frustrating- I will have to wait until Thursday to get my parcel.

Absolutely shocking who had the useless idea of automatic redelivery. You will loose more money than before. Please can we just go back to collecting from yourlocal post office it was so much more organised. People work and if they arent in the first say they won't be in the 2nd just wasting money delivering twice and delaying the parcel by a further day. 25mins holding to be able to speak to someone by phone only for them to have a awful attitude and a very negative unfulfilled suggestion of basically tough. Avoid this service at all cost...

I lost my BRP card because of Royal Mail special delivery. No one informed about parcel and it wasn’t re delivered to me and don’t know where it has gone. When I went to post office they say you have chosen wrong option. Actually everything was done by them I just said what I wanted and paid them. Now I am searching for my item. No one answer and suggest me for solution.

Really dislike the royal mail service, compared to other couriers. Saying they attempted delivery and nobody was home, when we definitely were. Saying on Google they're open Sunday 11-3, only to come and they're closed. Absolutely shocking

A special delivery guaranteed next day by 1pm has been sitting in this location since Saturday 3rd and on tracking this morning, Wednesday 7th is still sitting there. We will now have to resend vital documents via DHL. No strike excuses can forgive this.
