Platinum Parking - Heathrow Parking

These are terrible people. They took my car on the 12th Oct then lost the car key. Had to take a taxi home which cost us £120. No response from them on the phone (phone switched off). Have reported to police. Avoid them and EZYBOOK AIRPORT PARKING. Unless you want to invite worry, loss of money and inconvenience in your life. Could give minus 5 if it was possible. Just look at the unprofessional, argumentative and unbusiness like comments from the owner of the website. Clearly a fella from a remote village in a foreign country where aggressive responses are a norm.Ps EZYBOOK claim that the company is delisted. Please explain why Platinum Parking has been delisted.

This is not a 'Meet & Greet' Service!Sadly a 'minus 5*' is not an option so my advice - do not use this company if you want a true 'Meet & Greet' service. Although they purport to be one, trust me, it is cheaper and faster to park at the long stay car parks and take the shuttle!
I departed on 12 September and returned on 20 September. On each occasion, despite their insistence to call in advance, the call went to voicemail which was full! On the way out, I had to leave the key on a wheel as, having waited over an hour, I had to rush to bag drop and made my flight with only 20 minutes to spare!
Indeed when I called on my return, it went to voicemail and then the call just cut out.
When eventually someone called me back (after innumerable text messages), I was told that the caller personally was getting into my car to bring it back and that he would be about 10 minutes. Over 40 minutes later I was still waiting until a young lad brought my car, needless to say without any money to pay for the parking ticket! In frustration, I vented my anger at him until he eventually called the owner for me (funny that he had a number on which he WAS contactable!!) at my insistence. The owner promised to refund me but as yet, he has not done so.
And then, to top it all - while I was paying for the parking ticket to get out (normally paid by other 'Meet & Greet' suppliers BTW!), the driver graffitied my car!! Fortunately I had witnesses (and car park CCTV).
But my advice ... book with anyone else but them!

Best service we had , we booked our car by mistake 8.30 am instead 8.30 pm but they understood our mistake and owner personally came to pick us up and very polite and took us to our car and gave us best service , will use them again

We have waited over 40 mins on both drop off and and collection, I could have gotten a train from home and made it quicker to departures and I live in the midlands. A complete tin pot enterprise - they know how many cars they have booked in - they are just scamming and don’t want to pay staff PLUS they make your pay for the entry and exit ticket despite paying online for the supposedly meet and greet parking. What a joke!!!!

PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY even if it’s free. They never showed up with my car at Heathrow Airport. I track them down to the location on Google and it doesn’t exist. This is not a real company. My car has now been reported as stolen. We booked by Ezybook who were useless no help at all I’m just pass the buck continuous.

Platinum Car Park Ltd (check booking company as clearly different name fronts used) - BEWARE! They actually used my car during the period it was supposedly in secure parking. During the period they illegally used my vehicle, added mileage and incurred parking fines. Have tried to resolve but no response. Use at your utmost peril.

NO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! **AVOID AT ALL COSTS** they do not take your car to a parking lot and leave it on residential roads where damage can occur on your car!! They also drive your car around with no insurance 100+ miles! AVOID!!

Our pick up was so so incredibly slow - the best part of an hour and such poor communication. The delivery driver said he only picked the car up 10 minutes before whilst we were given lots of excuses- this may not have mattered if we hadn’t a train to catch for one passenger. Overall appalling service

platinum ecrued £180 of parking fines whilst I was away, damaged my wheels, smoked in my car, left it unattended with the keys on top of the wheel. No response from platinum therefore I have reported them to the police and trading standards.

Used this service when flying from Heathrow. Waited 45 minutes for collection of the car and when we returned the car had driven over 180 miles. They had also used 3/4 of a tank of fuel meaning we were unable to get home without getting fuel. Spoke to the driver who said ring head office and put the phone down. Would not recommend.
