Worse service I have ever experienced. Bought a sofa set from here and when it got delivered it was all damaged and was not repairable. Still in a process to return it back. I wish I could give them a negative star.They said they will repair my sofa as it can't be returned. It's been over 5 months now I haven't heard anything regarding the repair of the sofa. They promised us to get us the repair in Oct and it's Nov now and there's no news of the repairs.Furthermore the staff at DfT Dudley (Merry Hill) is very rude.I'm short I would say buy your furniture from COUSINS FURNITURE, their customer service, furniture and leather quality is 100 times better than Dfs

Worst Experience ever! AvoidGot my sofa less than 3 years ago from here paid for upgraded leather to top leather they did advised by consultant i wouldn't have any problems. I have had someone out to paint the sofa 3 times already and now it looks like this again! don't use DFS and don't trust what they tell you as i did

I advise not to buy from dfs, yes staff might be friendly but apart from that when it comes to getting repairs and to fix faults it becomes a whole new ball game... rude staff at the call centre and all they keep sayin, we can only chase.. you can't speak to a manager. They have no clue on the time frame it takes for them to resolve this. So you could be waiting for ever. Ask to speak to management, all we get in response is 72 hours. If you want to throw your money away ignore my post. Please do you research before you buy, as I'm not the only one in this situation.

Nice furniture lovely staff keep up good work

Not impressed with furniture, bought real leathet sofas not cheap and had technition out 4 times in 2 years been stuffed with so many bits of foam highly uncomfotable being disabled it actually hurts me to use it had to buy a rise recline chair fron elsewhere

£800 for a 2 seater sofa, £100 of that for a 5 minute delivery. Sofa delivered is the wrong colour, from what had been ordered. After sales / customer services terrible. Being made to feel as if it’s my fault they messed up, despite fully proving they’re in the wrong. Never again DFS

Based on my own experience, from sale/place of order on Aug 21st to delivery on Sept 28th, the whole experience was faultless.Great comms, great product, I have zero reasons to be critical.

Manager there, Asian lady, has an absolutely disgusting attitude.Man there with tattoos is a very nice guy and helped up find the right sofa.

Encountered a very rude lady middle age blonde hair at customer services today. Came with my toddler. My toddler climbed one of the sofa, however her tone and way of communication just put us off. Yes toddlers do these kind of stuff however this is not how you tell your customers off. DFS needs to re-train or at least train their staff in how to deal with customers that come with children.
