Really nice atmosphere in the Church Inn. The servers were polite and friendly. The steak was well cooked, the home made chips were beautiful and the deserts were great too.

Attended here twice in a few months for Sunday lunch and it’s a great, reasonably priced place for a big group/smaller group. Food was amazing, my only recommendation would be to have more variety of veg and that it actually all comes on the plate ready. Saves dishing things out and making a mess, given you only have parsnips, carrots, peas and cabbage. That being said, was still a great amount of food and the beef is outstanding.

Seen the new menu posted and decided to take a look. Environment was very clean food was delicious. Staff were on point. Definitely going back to try one of the platters.

Bitterly disappointed.Having been recommended this place I had high expectations but was left unsatisfied. Service was okay and food arrived at a decent pace but over all the food was extremely bland. The veg was under cooked and cold, the roast potatoes were hard the gravy was like water and really lacked any body to it. tTo be honest everything was well below average. Would not recommend for Sunday LunchGravy - very watery lacked any flavor or body.Beef - tender and the only thing good about the mealRoasties - hard, tasteless and and insult to call it a roastVeg - hard cold and blandYorkshire - good, average.Mash - actually quiet alright had a nice texture, creamy with prices of unmashed potato mixed in which I quiet liked.

Sadly 4 of us dined here, but, none of had very good food which was a shame as the waitresses were lovely. My daughter had steak which wasn’t cheap but, she didn’t like to complain but said it wasn’t very nice so no, wouldn’t go back for food but, their cocktails are lovely!

Came here this evening for my mams 70th birthday I must say what a beautiful place the staff are really friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! They catered for 25 of us and was spot on with everyone’s meals the food was piping hot and amazing high quality…. highly recommend this place for food definitely a 5 star thanks you again to all that staff for a amazing job you did I will definitely be returning ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely food and the girls were lovely, the was a good surprise as I haven't been there for years.Great find for someone who's gluten free.Gin bar too and they served an ok pint of Guinness

Good food, fast and professional service, pleasant atmosphere. Also allowed our dogs to accompany us at the dinner table, which is a massive plus for us. We called and checked if this was ok beforehand. Also, the desserts and top draw!

We went here for and evening meal and it was absolutely wonderful. There were different vegan options. I had the mushroom and cranberry wellington. There were no vegan desserts but the owner made one for me which will be on their Christmas menu and it didn't disappoint. Lovely atmosphere too and music.
