East Cowes Post Office

Regularly use East Cowes Post office. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The queues are always far less than if you go to Newport and very often no queue at all.

They seem really helpful in here. The opening hours are really long.

Usually fine but you need to make your opening times for shop v Post Office counter clear. I looked online and it says East Cowes Post Office open until 10pm, got off the ferry and went in at 7:05pm to find it closed and when I asked for clarification on opening times for the counter was told it depends which staff are on"..."

Wouldn't give 1 star if i didn't have to! The 2 women who were working on the morning of 5/7 at 12 ish were so unhelpful. I wanted to send a parcel and didn't have any sellotape to secure it so I asked if they had any at their desk I could borrow. They both looked at each other as if I was mad and told me to go and buy the sellotape that was on the shelf behind me and that their manager would never supply anything like that and I should of prepared the parcel properly before giving it to them. They sounded so rude, not one ounce of happiness in them. I will never use them again. I walked out and they sarcastically said good bye. I was so raging!

Man who works there at post office was very rude and unhelpful to me.. He made my experience very bad and I never will use that shop with post office again I rather walk extra mile to other one....
