Very very poor customer relationship in Forge Wood Management Company of priem ltd, if you are one of the director of Company we would like to talk to you about your Customer relationship in Forge wood.For Customer if you are group of residents and planning to use priem ltd for your state management please stay away from these guys . Don’t use them they have very rude Customer service.

I would like to say how helpful Preim have been with mine and my fellow residents issue. I had a fantastic conversation with Simon, who really helped and supported us with our issue. After speaking to Preim, it appears that our housing association have been charging (£723)us more than Preims cost (£290)Preim provided us with a clear breakdown of costs and are prepared to support us during this problem.Again I would like to thank Simon for his time over the last week. I recommend Preim to anyone.

Well what can be said about this company!!RubbishUselessNot interested in their customersI myself have nothing to do with Preim or will ever again, fingers crossed.I was however, in a chain that required a management pack from this debacle!After many requests from solicitors, calls from estate agents and trying myself. The management pack arrived with the solicitor after about 5 weeks of trying.They would not speak to me about the issue, even though I didn’t request any personal info. I just needed to know it had been sent!Sent emails, they never replied, they did In the end, with the same script that was said on the phone.I have never been so disappointed with the customer service that was offered.Use this company at your peril but unfortunately for most it may be out of their hands if in a chain like myself.They need to practice what they say they offer on their website.I now await the same generic response to my review that everyone seems to get!

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. Shocking from start to finish. My main advice would be to AVOID at all costs if you’re able.Ignored my email when I moved in regarding how and what to pay. Then ended up in big arrears when they eventually put something through the post nearly a year later. This meant I was paying a very high monthly amount.Misspelt my name with direct debit details on so didn’t even work first off. Kept writing to me at the address of the property concerned when I gave them an alternative correspondence address. When asked about this they denied even getting the alternate address when it was in the same envelope as the direct debit that funnily enough they got!Then charged me £240 for the privilege of selling my own house! Only to delay my sale by over 2 weeks. Absolutely shocking.Charge through the roof for cutting a bit of grass. Most of the money sits in the ‘reserve fund’ that now has tens of thousands sat in it they are never going to spend on the estate. All earning interest for them.No contact upon moving out regarding if everything is paid or anything. Payments not cancelled.Oh and did I say, AVOID?!

We have currently been waiting over 7 months for the trees to be “reviewed” and cut on Stokesay road. Despite numerous emails and phone calls where they assured me it is “in hand” nothing has been done and we are still regularly without a phone line or broadband because of them! I also attempted to set up a direct debit by sending the mandate and they clearly have not sorted this as I have just been onto my account and seen there is a “debt collection” charge… I would love to know how this charge came about on the 10-10-2023 when the first letter we have received about payment was just days before this and we were on holiday! It Seems unreasonable to expect your customers to respond with payment in days when you take months to review issues….I have resent the mandate in the hope maybe someone will actually do their job and set up the direct debit! Although I feel I should probably withhold and follow through with the court proceedings people are satiating you will threaten as priem have done the bare minimum and do not follow through with their promises just fobbing their customers off with excuses

Unfortunately, I have spoken to Priem several times regarding an issue I have on my property in Kilnwood Vale, West Sussex. The issue is that they have failed to address the fact that a ditch is so overgrown that brambles are now invading my property and obstructing the rear access to my house, which is mid-terrace. This is both a health and safety problem and an issue if I need to have an ambulance crew or fire crew access the only fire exit I have from my house in case of emergency. I have given Priem every opportunity to address this issue, and, considering that I pay ground maintenance, the same as everyone else, I would have expected something to be done. Perhaps they are content to wait until someone in my house is physically harmed because a fire crew can't access my house? I can't get in my sheds and my fence will be affected if this goes on. I have tried to deal with the on my side of the fence but it's now out of hands! They are an appalling company and take ground maintenance and give nothing in return in the way of service. Shame on you, Preim!!

Slowest company of all time! Been trying to buy a property on a deployment run by this management company since November, their terms and conditions regarding missed payments is that they can take lease of your freehold property! The mortgage lender won't except this and they have been so so slow at responding that all the housing chain is going to fall through! What a waste of our time waiting for this property!

I bought a flat that is managed by Preim Ltd. I've been here months and they had no knowledge of us, so no communications. I am selling now and they have the nerve to charge £200 plus £40 VAT for a 'sales pack'. If I were to stay at my address, I would advise the neighbours / block to sack this lot of money grabbers and manage the block ourselves. Preim are simply money takers; profit mongers who have decided they have people by the balls and propose to charge them money for escape. I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this lot. manage your house yourself. Don't get involved with people who just see you as an opportunity to make money for themselves.
