Trident Martial Arts

Been training at trident a few months now. Despite being a bit nervy at first everyone has made me feel really welcome and I'm loving training there. Great gym, great staff and great people.

Fantastic gym, great coaches and students. It's very welcoming to anyone who wants to train, has a lot of classes on so you can train at times to suit yourself.

This is a great gym with a great atmosphere. The head coaches are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, as are the rest of the team. If you're looking to get into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or MMA, this is a brilliant place to learn. They offer something for someone training at every level. Definitely worth a visit.

Hands down the premier BJJ / MMA gym on the Wirral. Amazing coaches, unrivalled training facilities, open and friendly setting with students who welcome everyone to the gym and make training enjoyable for the body and mind. Couldn’t ask for a better place to train and push yourself.

Amazing gym, great facility with a large mat space downstairs and more space upstairs. The coaches here are great, from beginner to advanced they cater to everyone. No politics here everyone just wants to train. Always a welcoming place which also has a strength and conditioning section with top equipment which you can access for an additional price. Definitely the place to be on the Wirral if you're looking to start Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or MMA.

I’ve been with Trident MMA for almost a year now, having trained at a couple different gyms. There is no place like Trident, the coaches are unbelievable they truly care about the students, the gym and the sport. I was welcomed in and haven’t looked back. I would recommend anyone looking to train BJJ MMA Boxing or any other combats sports to come give it a try here, a friendly atmosphere full of fantastic people. The knowledge of the coaches is truly outstanding aswell. For a new gym that’s been open for a couple of years the level coming out of here is special. Also providing a strength and conditioning facility so every base is covered. I’m very greatful to be a part of this wonderful team of people
