The sweets I ordered were great.. just what I wanted. It would have been 5 stars, the only thing that stopped that was the cost of the delivery. It was really steep at £15

I love the product I purchased and delivery was excellent. However I do have a couple of concerns.1) The product was purchased at the end of June 2023 and the shelf life is July 2023.2) I have noticed them for sale in certain supermarkets selling for the same price as you charge and the shelf life for them is December 2023. This means that it would be better for me to buy them from the supermarket. I can then guarantee that the shelf life is longer and also I save the postage that you charge.

Ordering fine no problem. Delivery won’t leave parcel if I’m out even at a neighbour because it’s me who has to sign. When you rearrange delivery they turn up at a different time slot than they’ve sent me. Still awaiting one order

5 stars for the product 1 ⭐for delivery company that you use sent me an email to say that they couldn't get into my address so they decided to take it to a drop off shop in which i had to order a taxi to go here and collect it this cost was paid by myself so even though the products were perfect i can't see me ordering anything else.

I really like Glencrest always a good selection of the things I like. Easy to navigate through the online system and too easy to buy those little treats in bulk. Which is always delivered speedily.
