Came here off the cuff whilst passing and what a find! Plenty of drink options, decent menu at reasonable prices plus a kids menu. We had 2 kids meals plus a main and dessert each (burger and chips for the kids followed by ice cream sundaes - mushroom, broccoli and cheese Wellington followed by rhubarb and custard tart with ice cream for myself and lasagne followed by chocolate fudge cake for my wife). All food was excellent and the rhubarb dessert was beautiful! Topped off with being served by a very pleasant and bubbly young lady. Will certainly be visiting again!

Don't sell food since changed hands, absolutely disgusting it was a beautiful place with the previous management, won't be coming here again... also very rude as she gave me a load of abuse after the originalreview via Facebook disgusting attitude making loads of false claims .. avoid cause if you ever have a bad experience she will throw a mouthful of abuse at you not professional at all.

Went in on Saturday, food was excellent as was the service. The landlord and land lady were brilliant and couldn't do enough for you. There was a disco on later in the night and the atmosphere was brilliant, the music was just the right level and the locals were friendly and a good laugh. Will definitely return.

Took wife for a couple of drinks today in the garden to enjoy the sunWas spoilt by a group sitting in the middle of the garden swearing and shouting and being homophonic towards a certain gent ( think they knew each other) but that doesn’t matterNobody wants to hear that language in a public House gardenLived here over two years and been using this pub from day one, have to say it is now attracting some very undesirable clienteleAlso drink prices are a LOT more expensive than the neighbouring pubs !!
