Geometron Bikes

These guys are the best in the business, totally focused on performance of your mtb and able to cut through a lot the marketing BS.They're passionate about bikes and equally happy working with pro downhillers as they are with regular weekend warriors.I bought a frame & suspension package from Geometron and they built it up using my box of parts, I have been back to them a couple of times for upgrades, to use their tools/ workshop, and even replace a snapped Hope stem cap bolt (for free!) on the way to Bike Park Wales!

I am a returning customer, having bought a Geometron G16 in 2018, when Chris, Sam and the team really impressed me with the one to one demo, customer care and after sales. At the start of 2023, I started to read a lot of good things about the new Geometron G1 and all the incremental changes that have been made. I booked another one to one demo in Monmouth and once again I was hugely impressed with the care, attention to detail and focus on rider-specific set up provided by Sam. His expert advice on the tweaks to the suspension during the demo left me in no doubt that this was the right bike for me. Having bought the G1, I’ve been amazed by the quality of this bike and am even happier with the way it rides. Both the bike and Geometron’s customer service have been second to none. I can’t thank the team enough for the time, expertise and attention to detail lavished on this bike. Brilliant work.

i would like to share what a top company Geometron are, i bought an ex demo bike from them 4 years ago after a one to one test ride day at bike park wales. since then i have upgraded to the EXT shock which they made sure was tuned to my bike and riding style, it is night and day better than anything i have ridden to date.they have continued to provide friendly support, advice, spare parts and servicing to me year on year which is again, in my 30+yrs of mountain biking above and beyond the 'industry standard'A perfect example being a problem with my shock discovered a day before Ardrock this year, an event they happened to be attending, following a couple of panic messages (from me!) i dropped my shock with them the first morning of the race weekend- it was fixed and back on the bike within a couple of hours even though they were more than busy with a demo fleet of their bikes at the event.Thank you all at Geometron.
