Needed some technical help with my mirrorless camera and contacted Wilkinson's at the Burnley branch for some after sales advice.I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The staff were professional , friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to solve my problem.Thank goodness I bought from the high street and not from a well-known Internet company.Thank you very much Wilkinson's.

Ordered online. Received an email telling me order had been despatched. Only the order hadn't despatched. The camera was still sat in one of their stores on the day it was booked to be delivered. As for the reply below saying I ordered pre-owned - I didn't. I ordered a brand new camera. Looks like they couldn't get that right either.

Bought a lens - went faulty after 9 months (these things happen) - but the after service was amazing - warranty repair and staff ever so helpful every time i called up - very happy i bought my lens from these guys and will be using them again for sure
