Didn’t get as far as my MOT was booked in couldn’t find them tried calling repeatedly but the line was busy, got there 15 minutes late and they had taken another car in so couldn’t do my MOT. A call would have been appreciated or when booking in explain where the garage is, such a waste of my time, wouldn’t use them again regardless of how well they service cars, customer service in my experience is very poor

I have used castle mot since it was opened,And have nothing but praise for them !The service is excellent ! and so are the prices ,The staff are knowledgeable and friendlyand always willing to help !
