Jump Xtreme Trampoline Park & That Fun Place Tamworth

We arranged for my daughters 4th Birthday party to be held at the soft play (That Fun Place) here on Sunday, and from the moment we arrived we were very well looked after. An incredibly slick process from start to finish meant none of our guests got lost or missed out trying to find us, even with people arriving at slightly different times and another party arriving at a similar time. The children obviously had a wonderful time on the well kept soft play and, most importantly, us adults had coffee and a good chat! The facilities are excellent. Finally, the food in the party room (and the room itself!) after the soft play was great. Considering it was a Sunday and my own daughters party, I didn't really fancy being there but the staff were all very happy, helpful and smiling, and clearly enjoying being there, which was reflected in the service we received. All in all, wholeheartedly recommended! Will be visiting again!

Only used the play area very tidy and looked great fun. kids told me it was extremely fun.Loads of areas for my kids to enjoy,kids didn't want to leave.seating area was well set out had chance to look at the trampoline area will defo try out on next visit,the trampoline area also looked spotless and well maintained staff we very polite and helpful price for drinks were very reasonable.

Booked jump xtreme for my sons 8th birthday party with 10 friends. Was extremely impressed by the organisation of all the team, having a 'party host' was a great help as they gave full direction for the kids and adults. Kids food all enjoyed and the cafe upstairs was an ideal place to relax for the adults. Special mention to Sue who was always on hand prior to our booking, answering any questions we had, and was also present during the party to help us.Thank you Jump Xtreme!

£5 for an hour after school was great value. Cafe was reasonably priced and slushies were under £3 each and staff accommodated kids all wanting different flavours in same cup. Really clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Well organised, lots of parking, cost of trampolining adds up if you r got a few kids but overall good value.

We had our daughter's birthday here recently, after coming here many times previously for jumping and soft play. We'd attended a party before and were impressed so it was an obvious choice for us! It was a big success. The kids all had a great time. The buffet had so much choice for even the pickiest of eaters. There was plenty of time go play.From the moment we arrived staff were attentive and caring. I already know we'll be returning, it's a great place for the big and little ones to burn off plenty of energy.

We have brought the summer passes for Jump Extreme. The staff were helpful and there were plenty of staff about.The venue is clean and the catering area has a nice selection of drinks and food available.Kids had a great time.

Our favourite soft play - a good size for older kids with a big under 4s area for the little ones. Always clean and really well kept. Staff are so friendly and helpful.Important to note they don't allow food or drinks in from outside - understandable as they have a cafe on site, both for soft play and trampoline area, but tricky if you have allergies.

A massive thankyou to everyone at Jump Xtreme at Tamworth. From the first phonecall with Sue, up until the very end, the service was absolutely amazing!! During my first call with Sue, she was very informative and considerate of all my questions about a birthday party hire. She even gave me some suggestions and put me at ease straight away. I booked the combi package for my son's 6th birthday party. I was allocated Tommy who was our host.... I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He was an absolute gem! The whole team (esp Sue and Tommy) took on board and accommodated all my requests without any hesitation. The whole team were amazing... Angie was also a massive help. Prior to my party, I received a phone call to ensure everything was in order.When I arrived on the day, I was asked immediately whether everything was ok and whether I needed anything else. I was allowed to attend early to assist with the set up of the party room (at my request). Tommy was an absolute star with the kids.... He even joined in with the jumping and soft play and helped the kids build their castle with blocks. Tommy was even able to persuade my little one to go down the big slide which he was hesitant to do before. Tommy went into the soft play and really got stuck in with the kids. He really worked his magic. He was always at hand and made sure everything ran smoothly. I also had every faith in him as he came across very professional from the outset.The whole team were just fab!!! It felt like a little family unit. Sues husband even came up and introduced himself and made a real effort. My every request was adhered to which made the whole experience amazing. Most importantly the kids had an amazing time and the parents were wowed at how organised the whole event was, i.e esp when moving from one section to another and ensuring no child was left behind, constantly doing headcounts etc.Thankyou to the whole team!! We all enjoyed ourselves and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
