Needed to get my car's air con regassed and found this place online. You book and pay online then just need to ring up to book a time for your chosen day. MOTs, servicing, tyres, exhausts, etc. Will update when I've had a service (Feb 24).

Always been ish happy with quality of service, however last oil service on my Mercedes E220 2014 and damage oil sump as over tighten oil drain plug so this now got to have new oil sump fitted. £350 job, thanks and never again.

Needed new tires, And Formula One autocentre came through, Great prices, friendly staff and not afraid to fit tires to something they'd not done before ( a couple of places didn't want to fit tires to a Hummer as quote they're big wheels and tires" No such worries with F O A

Booking online was simple, was greeted warmly. Called about so advisories which were approved.However I only noticed after I left damage to my key fob. The casing appeared damaged, my key would not stay clicked in there and my key was badly discoloured from silver to almost a gold colour, like it was a different key entirely.I have managed to get the key to lock in the casing now, but it's not in the same condition as it was before my service, that's why I've given a 2 star review

Had my brake discs and pads replaced. Car was pulling to left, which was not the case before. Took it immediately back. They suggested I give it a week to let it bed in, if it doesn’t they’d fix it “no questions asked”. No improvement, so had to take it back. I was then told it was a wheel alignment issue,  which they charged extra to fix. They wouldn't even do a road test with me to check if issues remain. Not a good experience at all. Can’t recommend, sorry.

Booked vehicle in for tyres change. The supervisor (Harry) was welcoming, professional, and explicit about the process and times to wait or come back to collect vehicle.Great service I would definately recommend the garage.

My car broke down next to this garage. The alternator failed. I pulled in and asked if they had space to do a replacement they said sure no problem and a few days later I returned to get my car. The labour costs were correct but the part price was double. A little shocked I paid it and drove away happy for 10mins. Then I heard my bumper cover rattling so i stopped and opened the hood to find the mechanic doing the easy job of changing an alternator had not fastened bolts back and had even damaged my crash bar and replaced expensive heat expanding bolts with standards. Broken a welded nut off the crash bar and royally rushed and bodged the front clip re-assembly that was like factory before arriving at this poor excuse for a garage. When i drove back and pointed out the issues the response was.. well you wanted it quick and I dont know where the original bolts are". I wanted to make them replace the expensive bolts that were "lost" and crash bar that was damaged. But I realized its far better to smile and say thanks and make sure YOU the next customer dont give them your hard earned for half a job harry antics.BUYER BEWARE SOME OF THESE LADS ARE JUST NOT GOOD PEOPLE AND DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS."

Avoid at all costs. My car got crashed into in the forecourt of this place, no one is taking accountability for it, they don’t have cameras on site so there’s no footage of it happening. When quizzed about it the guy behind the counter refused to help with finding whoever crashed into my car on their bloody forecourt.Shambles of a place. Don’t waste your time or risk damaging you car, find a better garage.

Really sad to have to edit this review. After having such positive experiences with them previously I took my car in for a new tyre and for the rear brakes to be checked and pads to be replaced. Booked in 3 weeks in advance, waited around all day in Norwich for it to be done (8:30am-5pm) to then get there for them to say they couldn't complete the work. Did the tyre and nothing else could be done. They said they would do them the next day at discount if they could get the parts but been waiting around all day for them to confirm if they have got the parts and not even a courtesy call to say it isn't possible. I won't be using them again now. Complete let down.__________________________________________Really impressed with these guys. I have used them twice now, most recently for my MOT and they are so friendly, professional and really helpful. They are clearly very honest professionals and just want to do a good job for you rather than trying to get you to pay over the odds for things you don't need. I would highly recommend this garage and will be using them for all my car needs in the future.

My car went into service around a month ago, needed two new tyres on drivers side and passengers side and a couple of other things needed doing. All good, paid nearly £500 in total for the service and repairs. One week later my drivers side tyre was completely flat, called them and they got it straight in and fixed the problem, I then drove to stansted to go on holiday, when returning noticed my passenger side tyre was completely flat, luckily I had a tyre pump in the boot to pump it up but obviously wasn’t safe to drive, as soon as I was home it was flat again, called again they booked it into have a look. Got a call that day to say it’s fixed and now holds pressure, this was a Monday the 3rd, Tuesday 4th July, it was near enough flat again. Called them to complain and asked for some of my money back, not a full refund for the time and money wasted and still not repaired but was flat out refused by the manager. He then went on to say that we don’t refund for corroded tyres but I explained they couldn’t have been corroded because they have just been changed. I was told no refund take it to another garage and let them know what the problem is. So now, I have to spend more money because of their incompetency. Will never use again.
