Washing Machine Repair
I called Martin for help with our washing machine. Despite not covering our area, he was extremely helpful, diagnosing the problem in moments over the telephone and giving us advice that repair was likely to cost the same as a new machine (which saved us the call out cost for a repair person). His communication and explanation was excellent. He refused to take any money for his expertise.

My washing machine suddenly stopped spinning. Martin arrived from Stevenage to my home in Welwyn Garden City, advised me the brushes had worn out and swiftly fitted some new ones. All done within half an hour for an economical price and a smile. I would highly recommend Martin, he knows his stuff.

Called Martin when our Bosch washing machine failed. Came the same day and identified the problem. Straight forward talking guy, no BS. Gave us a fair price and did the repair the same day. Nice, honest guy to deal. Highly recommended.

Great service today from Martin he came at the agreed time and although the problem reported didn't seem to exist on testing he went right through the machine to see if anything else was causing the fault I had reported.He told us that if it did it again on him leaving if we contacted him he would order a new pump (as the water had not been draining away when reported)and fit it for no extra charge.Amazing service,a very nice man and very reasonably priced would very highly recommend.

Martin arrived right on time and rectified the fault (brushes needed changing) very promptly. Very professional. Tested machine and all good. Can recommend this gentleman.
