Safestyle send a salesman out to our address the same day. He was excellent and very knowledgeable about the products.Installation team were brilliant and worked hard to get our windows and doors fitted. Job was of a very high standard and we are very pleased with the end result. We cannot fault Safestyle. We would recommend them.

Absolutely shocking prices. Had quotes from other reputable companies, who’ve won numerous awards, that came out around 2300 for 5 windows. Safe style quoted over 5800! The moment we told them it was a rather expensive price the guy developed a horrible attitude, packing up his things and announcing he had finished for the day, whilst also turning his nose up towards the other companies. Only to then ring the branch and they knock it down to 3200 (still an insane price). How can you suddenly reduce the price by nearly 2600? Shocking. And don’t get me started on the sales pitch. If your services and products are that great I don’t need to watch 3 videos and listen to you telling me about the company, the manufacturing building and how many other window companies there are (if anyone would like to know they told me it would take 170 odd years for me to get quotes from them all!) for 30 minutes. Stay clear! Would give it 0 stars but have to give 1...

Great guys who fitted our windows and so glad the 1st lot didn’t stay for the job. The 2, Scott and Kevin worked so hard and were really nice guys. The windows and doors are great. Happy all round.

Con-men. This company encourage their salesmen to try and rip you off. Wanted 4 windows replacing as part of the recycle scheme. Started at £9500 then after much salesman talk went down to £7800. Salesman then rang his manager on loud speaker and asked if this was the best price to which he said it was. He then managed to squeeze an extra £1000 off to which I still laughed and he tried to tell me how expensive these windows are and best quality around. Told him I wasnt interested and he showed me one last price of £4500 on his way out of the door. Got into his £60,000 S class and left. What a rip off they are. Feel sorry for old people who believe these con men. Got them replaced for £3,400. Surely got to be on watchdog soon!!

Trying arrange for someone to come out for a quote which seems impossible. They were more concerned about the fact my wife wasn't going to be in than willing to book the quote . Rang another company booked a quote straight away . It appears you don't need more than one adult in the house to get one.

Just had new front door, back door, french doors and some new windows fitted. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. We ordered 8 weeks ago and already fully fitted. The quality of the products is amazing and the guys who fitted the units were a slick unit. Thoroughly recommended.

The firm now in the gutter. Company spent years trying to rip people off, pushy salesman. I feel sorry for the genuine window fitters who are now out of work due to greedy Company bosses

Booked in a quote over the phone and they assured me the quote was valid for 6 months and I have time to make a decision.Sales man showed up and asked me if there was anyone else that needed to sit in on the ‘quote’ and I assured him I am capable of getting a quote myself (first red flag). After getting everything priced up, he quoted me just over £12k for 7 windows and I said that I am going to have to consult my partner, who I live with and speak to my family as they recently had their windows replaced. He turned very passive aggressive and said I had lied to him, as I had told him there wasn’t anyone else who needed to be there! I do understand he has a job to do but as the homeowner and the person financing the windows I am capable of making a decision, but I refuse to spend £12k spontaneously without consulting someone else and asking their opinion, which I explained. He was still upset and typed on his phone for a couple of minutes before ringing the office and telling them I’m incapable of making a decision on my own and essentially wasted his time. At which point no matter the price, I would not be booking, the rudeness in my own home because I wouldn’t agree to hand them money there and then was ridiculous. The real joke was after he got off the phone he then magically knocked off £5K and quoted me £7K in the end. 5K difference isn’t flexibility, it’s trying to take advantage of people who would accept the first quote, stay away from these people and don’t book in a home visit!

Update . As of today, Thursday, 6th, we have contacted them again to requestthe removal of the scaffold and were told it would be taken away today, its still in place . Please avoid this company if you want any kind of customer service. Initial contact seemed good, got a quote from the rep, liked the price and paid deposit, surveyor came out about a week later and measured up, at this point he assured me no scaffolding was needed. I then sat back waiting for fitting date. Received a call from the customer care team and fitting was arranged for the 25th March. This is when things went wrong. The fitter turned up and declared that he couldn't do the job as it needed scaffolding due to health and safety concerns. I pointed out that the surveyor came and said it didn't. The fitter replied he could see that as it was on my survey report but he couldn't and wouldn't do the job. He walked away. I then contacted the customer service team to be told that the manager would contact me on Monday to arrange a new date. I waited, no call. I rang on Tuesday am to be told the scaffold was being fitted on Wednesday and the fitter would be there on Thursday. I explained that no one had arranged this with me and that I would be at work that day. I was told the manager would ring me back. I waited,no call. I then rang again on Tuesday to be told that the call handler was ringing the depot, but nobody was answering, guess what I was told they would ring me back. I waited, no call. I rang on Wednesday this time to be told we have tried the depot number and nobody is answering so they couldn't help me and that I should just try and ring them myself. At this point I wanted to cancel the order as despite several calls they couldn't even give me a date for the fitting. I took the number anyway and rang that afternoon, no answer initially but I got through and was told that the window was getting fitted on Saturday. I got home and the scaffolding was up outside my house. I emailed the CEO to complain and got an automated reply saying they would be in touch within 3 working days, I waited, no reply. At this point, the story gets better, the fitter turned up, he was late but apologized as he had been left on his own. He did a brilliant job, really pleased with it, but the customer service team are shocking. It's now Wednesday night after the fitting and the scaffolding is still outside, my wife rang yesterday to ask when they would be collecting it, she was told they would ring back............ Guess what happened. Please do yourself a favour, don't deal with them, the sooner people stop accepting this kind of cowboy customer service the better. The final fitting was excellent but the price paid both in money and stress means I will never deal with them again.

Got them round, great salesman but that was about it, patio doors were fitted within 5 weeks, 4 days later one of the doors shattered and they want us to wait until mid July to have it fixed. I will use trading standards if this is not corrected as swiftly as I was promised by another salesman who gave me a courtesy call to ask if everything went well, the door is dangerous, leaves the building unsafe and insecure and my daughter is now petrified of leaving the house, let alone the fact that they cannot use those doors now so it's a major hazard! Edit: I received a phone call to say they can refit on 1st June, which is much better considering the unit has to be manufactured. Why should we have to take legal action or the threat of to be prioritised when it is their fault the unit failed since they manufacture their own units?!
