Lovely premises. Staff friendly, helpful and professional.

Very poor service. Was on holiday with our pet and forgot our meds. Advised by this vet they could help and told us to drive there and then when we got there, there was noone there.... in the end they gave us the details to another vets.... the other vets were far better. Thanks but no thanks.

I joined Caister vets as they are opening a new branch very close to my home so it's more convenient for me. I was travelling a 40 mile round trip to go to my previous vets so I was looking forward to a shorter journey and being able to walk there in better weather. As soon as they started accepting new clients again, I joined and had our first visit today at The Caister branch.What can I say, it was an absolute pleasure to visit, all of the staff were lovely, there was a lovely atmosphere and everyone was so friendly. A real bonus was to be seen by our vet from our previous practice who has now moved to Caister vets too. Your staff are a credit to you. Well done Caister vets.

An extremely professional veterinary practice. Service was excellent and all of the staff were so lovely. No one wants to have to take their pet to the vets, and especially when your miles from home on holiday, but the whole experience was excellent. By the time we got there they had our medical records from home and Murdoch was examined, diagnosed & treated all ready to resume our holiday. (Prices were extremely competitive too)

I needed a urgent appointment for my dog daisy they said no then 14 hours later at 04.00 in the morning my dog died at age 12 in my disabled sons arms crying his eyes out do not bring your family here I will be doing flyers spreading the word they don't care at all

We were on holiday in Caister with our toy Poodle,Goldie had a poorly eye,we had three visits to the Vets the service we had was second to none we saw one man vet and two lady vets.we would go back again if we needed a Vet on holiday.

A big thankyou to the whole team at Caister Vets when we had an emergency with our little dog. Prompt attention at Caister led us to Rollesby for tests and immediate surgery then on to North Walsham for after care & an overnight stay. Thankfully she has recovered well all due to their amazing care. Simply the best.

Lost £360 in plane tickets and ruined our holiday as no one told us we needed a jab for our dog 21 days before departure ,although we booked the passport appointment. No one takes accountability for it and there’s no complaint policy in place.
