I have visited Craig to deal with a few problems now. He is very knowledgeable and offers a hands-on approach which I have found sadly lacking in NHS Physios (who tend to hand you a sheet with exercises on!). He's also a very pleasant guy and easy to talk to. Highly recommended

Been having physio with Craig for a while now and he’s been great. Been to countless physios before with a injury I’ve had for 7 years now and never got the bottom of it, a few sessions with Craig and started to see improvements and now can fully return to my sport! Not the best experience. I built up a good rapport with the first physio I was seeing, however she left the practice and I started seeing someone else. My first session with the new physio consisted of mainly being talked over and unable to squeeze any words in. I had to ask him if I could speak. I was made to feel a burden because they had to request more treatment from BUPA. In subsequent sessions, my concerns were dismissed in a rude and patronising way. My favourite bit of advice from this physio, of whom I was seeing for chronic lower back pain, was that the people in places like Fiji walk over hot coals and compared to western society we are wimps! Really helpful. I haven't made any progress at this physiotherapy clinic and would advise my friends and family to stay away.
