Very rude staff. Placed an order for drop and go, went to drop and go counter (there was a sign) and was told I was in the wrong place and to go join the massive queue that hasn’t moved in 5 mins. So much for drop and go to make things quicker. Joke of a service

Very busy but lots of things to look at, but within minutes it was heaving. Staff all seemed cool and just took one customer at a time. Very helpful.

Fairly good shop if your looking for older dvds/Blu-ray/ games.Quite an easy experience to sell items so an option if you do not want to sell privately.

I went into store today to sell 2 phones and two different staff members gave me completely different estimates for what the phones were worth. Also told me he couldn’t but one of the phones because I couldn’t remember my old password for it. Shocking

The stuff were unusual helpful, although then again I was buying this time round. Normally you would expect to only treated slightly better than you be in sports direct so civil staff were a nice encounter for once.

Very rude people who have served me... They are ver arrogant, doesn't listen to the client how's trying to buy products from them, they think they are clever and smart, with they stupid suggestions... I just been very mistreated by the sellers assistants in there... Don't recommend this place...

I just buy Nintendo switch sport game, and when I open the game, the girl she give me Mario kart instead of sport switch, I am really disappointed.
