I had a terrible experience of a deep tissue massage with the salon. I told the massage therapist about my underlying lower back vulnerability and she paid no attention to this, putting very heavy pressure into this area and was not attentive to me telling her that it hurt. This re-triggered my back pain and I am still struggling with it several months later. I called the salon to share this nearer the time and they offered me a 30 minute lighter back massage in return. They would not offer me a 1 hour treatment, as per the treatment I paid for, or refund it. I didn't feel listened to and felt patronised when I shared my experiences. I have had many massages and never an experience like this. I would recommend going somewhere with better trained staff and better customer service.

Booked a ‘luxury’ facial. Steam blown on my face while I was left for 10 minutes, then the therapist came back and slapped a mask on my face and said she would leave me for another 10 minutes! Not quite what I expected when questioned I was told there was no sink in the room and she had to leave to change the water! I expected something more relaxing and won’t be back.

First time at Buddha beauty and it didn't disappoint. Had a lovely wrap with massage and came out feeling so relax. My skin has been suffering but already feels so much better. Thank you so much. I have no doubt I'll be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Honestly the worst experience. We booked 2 appointments for 5pm. When we arrived they told us we had to wait until 6.30pm. I was also quoted on the phone £15 to remove my BIAB from my nails. When I got there I was told once in the chair it would be £20?Very weird experience. No apology. For a salon you would expect some form of customer service even if it was a tiny bit.

Kara is always really friendly. It's great that she can do threading my eyebrows look great !
