Not great, couldn't deliver as parcel too big? Had to get serious to get my delivery 7 days later. Wouldn't use them personally if there was a choice.

Hermes Delivery Drivers are not vary good at delivering parcels to the correct address. This isn't the first time they've delivered to the wrong address. The app says its in my safe place when I dont have one set up on there app.
