The guys at the Original Style Tile Showroom are not only very friendly but they are incredibly knowledgeable about their trade. They gave us the confidence to go for large tiles and gave us the right tools for the job. So if you have a tiling job to do go see them you wont be disappointed by the range or the professionalism.

We rate our experiences at the Cheltenham showroom very highly. Tiles were key to our designs when we renovated our house, with a basement kitchen/diner and three bathrooms to refurbish and tile. We found Original Style online then visited the Cheltenham showroom. We got to know pretty much everyone in the store and Mark was really helpful. We would advise people looking for tiles to get the Original Style brochures which are informative, and visit the showroom to get a good sense of how they look in real life. The range of tiles was almost infinite! Our final choice of tiles has brought a sense of continuity to the whole house. They have turned out to be a major feature.’

We went to the Cheltenham Showroom to choose tiles. It is the BEST tile showroom we have been to in the seemingly never-ending search for tiles we liked. We found tiles for two different bathrooms with ease. It is so well laid out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I have had to order more tiles over the phone (the ones we ordered look so fantastic now they are up and grouted we have decided to have some more over a basin) and they were again, helpful, friendly and efficient. Can't fault them!

Their tile selection is truly amazing. We have been working our way around the house tiling bathrooms and floors and used this shop exclusively. Hit a tricky problem in cutting some tiles asked for advice and they cut the tiles then and there for me. All the staff we have met have been great. Excellent all round.

Lovely showroom with plenty of tiles for any taste. The shop is large and you can see that they sell good quality products. We have been there today and the staff has been super helpful, now we just have to wait for our tiles to be delivered.

The sales people were amicable and friendly. Unfortunately the final product was not as per their showroom display which the staff were not at all keen to resolve or even accept. Furthermore the product sold was not fit for use as a kitchen splashback. The use of the tile was something that was mentioned in selection, but now means that they will have to be removed from the wall and the process restarted. For the cost of the tiles and now the cost of having to start again a 1 star is more than warranted.

Lovely tiles and the store manager was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
