I had an issue with my car with needing help with a jump lead to re start the battery, Joe helped me with out with this and really was a life saver saving me a fair few quid not getting the AA outTop Guy and great act of kindness

Brilliant service, highly impressed. I bought an approved used 2012 BMW 535d touring (in incredible condition) from this branch and was served by Kenny M. I had an absolutely first class experience from initial contact to home delivery of the car. Couldn’t fault a single moment, even when I found an issue with the car on the test drive, Kenny was quick to assure me that this would be sorted and with minimal delay. Thank you, Kenny, for reminding me what proper customer service is. And hats off to the prep and service team, as well as the receptionist who was friendly and welcoming, was aware of my arrival, and made the perfect cup of tea! I'd never been to MINI Wilmslow before, however, it becamse necessary for us to look for a new/used MINI and we found a vehicle on their website that we wanted. I had the good fortune of being put in contact with MAIA - who appeared to be one of only two women working in sales at this MINI Location. Maia was relatively new to this role at MINI Wilmslow, and I was super impressed by the depth of knowledge she has about the cars. She was extremely patient, attentive to detail, patient, professional and full of relevant, helpful information. She didn't come across as 'sales-y' - but rather as though she was genuinely interested in making sure we got the car, the price and the features that would truly make us happy. She is a true team player and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase experience at MINI Wilmslow. She is also very confident with technology - and when she discovered that she doesn't yet have access to a pricing tool, which only the senior managers (who appear to be all male) have access to, she immediately invited a senior manager to come and hold the conversation with us - so that we could benefit from this efficient, price/budget tool which MINI offers. Maia showed a lot of leadership potential and, as a female buyer, she made me feel totally comfortable and confident about all aspects of the sale. Thank you, Maia!
