Family Kebab House

Abyssmal service- will never order from here again. We had got takeaway from the premises a few times and for the 2nd time ordered delivery confirming we were happy to pay the extra charge as we outside the usual catchment. 90minutes after ordering we asked how long it would be as the children were hungry and it was 30mins after we'd been promised delivery. We were told the driver is leaving now". 30 more mins later still no delivery so I called again. At this point we were told they hadn't made the food as they were busy (!). As we had no other food in (as we'd been away) we agreed for them to make it immediately and deliver it within 30more minutes. 30mins later (2.5hrs after ordering) still no sign so I called again. At this point the girl put me on to one of the gents that runs the place and he (angrily!!) told me they were too busy to deliver to us as we were outside the normal area. So they'd strung us along for an entire evening and our children went hungry apart from some toast/crackers. Worst takeaway service and rudest proprietor I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Be warned."

We are new to the area and we have had couple of different meals from the kebab house and we cannot fault it at all, staff are friendly, polite, the food is hot and fresh and good portion sizes. Highly recommend

Ordered through foodhub for a family of 4, on a Saturday evening 5:43pm. By 7:30 we are all hungry and as it's such an unprecedented time due to this virus, I gave them some leighway. 7:50pm, hmm strange, ok call them. Lady says extremely busy so I say ok fine. I wait...kids starving by now. 8:30pm...ok I'llcallback...again.. Food on way...9pm arrives, no apologies, no extra item maybe for the delay, rude delivery driver and disgusting lamb, tasted like liver!! Was freezing cold, chucked in bin . NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

First off it was 3hrs late then we rang up when it was an hour late the girl on the desk said it would be delivered in 20mins. So we waited and another hour went by and we still didn't hear anything from them so we range again and this time a man answered the phone and he said that they're reallybbisy and he apologises saying it is being delivered. Once it came the food was all soggy and it had no flavour at all.It was absolutely disappointing usually its amazing and delicious.

All food is tasty. We tried kebab and pizza. Lovely ☺️ Easy to order on the phone while you are on the way to the place.The only thing - please, prepare the cash, it is good to know. But it's definitely worth it.
