Avoid at all cost !!!!!!The indian lady ( not the new one who is lovely the other one who has been there for years could learn a lot from her new colleague ) is rude and the most unhelpful royal mail employee I’ve ever come across.Everything is a problem with her, she doesn’t know how to be nice and polite it’s very frustrating how someone like her can be working with the public !!!!!!!

I don't wanna sound racist but the Indian lady is very rude with customers although there is a very kind girl, I think she's French by the accent. Pretty, blonde hair, blue eyes, very helpful. So if you going back there I recommend you to go to this girl.

The most rudest woman behind the till I have encountered, must lose that business a fortune with her disgusting attitude, should be dismissed. She is the Indian woman, so arrogant and rude does she not deserve to be working there, in fact we drive out of our way to use another post office and shop because of her!

Having used this Post Office approx. 6 years - I have found all of the staff to be helpful but in particular the Indian lady at the post office counter who is ALWAYS friendly, helpful and highly professional at ALL TIMES. I have however, witnessed many a customer over this same period adopting a curt, sharp, rude and often unkind manner with this Indian lady and she has never once reacted in a negative way or mirrored their bad behaviour back to them. Being kind, being nice, being courteous to those providing you with a service very rarely fosters a bad reaction.

Jatinger Jagpal is possibly the most unhelpful, rude and vindictive employee I’ve come across in any business environment. Instead of helping and being useful, she went out of her way to make the process as difficult as possible, regarding a fraudulent issue. Having been given the okay from the help desk and police to return the parcel to the customer she still would not help. Very poor, would not use this post office again.

Why is it every time I use this post office the woman that serves me is so sourly and never says please or thank you. No matter how long the queue or how busy it is she has no sense of urgency at all. I dread going in there and I know I’m not the only one. Don’t get a customer facing job if you hate the public!
