Good service when buying the furniture, got a good deal with the sofa and chair set to say they were both recliners, however to the guys who delivered our furniture, I thought you were quite rude to be honest, you were ignoring me a few times when I was speaking to you, you scuffed some of the paintwork as well, so delivery could have been better but other than that, great furniture and we saved a tonne of money.

Nothing but 5* service from the moment I walked into the shop. When I went the first time I was looking for a bed and i got so much help and all the information I needed. They wasn’t pushy to sell and I advised them I will think about it and come back. When I went back to the store to go ahead with the purchase, Chris gave amazing customer service and always kept me informed and updates with the bed. I needed the bed to be delivered which was pretty far away from the store but Chris made this happen for me and went above and beyond to help. The delivery drivers as well were so polite and helpful and made sure everything was perfect for me. Thank you so much guys and I will definitely highly recommend and I will be coming to the store again!

This is definitely a Five star. I got a bed in January under the old Management and the inner frame was damaged in a couple of month. When I returned to lodge my complaint I found out about the new Management. Chris Changed the whole frame for me despite not the seller at the time. He’s a wonderful guy, the delivery guys are polite and helpful as well. I’ll definitely return for more stuff. Thanks to you all.

Fantastic place to buy beds and furniture. The owner is brilliant to deal with and very good on price. Also the lads who delivered and assembled our sofas were great, very helpful too. Highly recommended.

Complete waste of money, waste of time, worst delivery team and worst the order booker and management Mr Chris. They just don’t care about there commitments they never pickup yours call never they are answer, whole experience after spending £4000 in his shop all things is complete worst. Never ever done any business with them.

Great place, friendly staff, no pressure sales and absolutely amazing prices! Went in yesterday to see what they had in and bought a sofa delivered this morning! Great service. Would highly recommend!
