I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Rimrose Valley a few weeks ago and was very pleased with the whole experience. Gary was really welcoming and friendly, explaining everything I needed to know about the car, helping me with tax registration etc. He even changed the worn tyres free of charge before handing over the car. Good value for money and they also provide a 3 months warranty. I totally recommend this shop.

First experience of buying 2nd hand for about 20 years, so was apprehensive. Arranged to go and see the car (Ford Fiesta) with Gary, immediately put me at ease, explained their thorough pre sales checks/warranty etc with no pressure. Found him friendly and genuine to deal with. Wanted the car so paid deposit, went back next day to pay balance and collect. Gary did all the necessary paperwork etc, saving me the hassle. He pointed out one small thing that needed fixing and is arranging for that to be done in a few days (at my convenience) He really made the whole experience easy, and had a laugh with him too. Would definitely recommend!

Bought a KA zetec from the guys - great coms when on phone. Car serviced, MOT and valeting all done and car was just spot on. Would recommend these guys and especially Mat for getting every sorted - Ta Gary'n'Yvonne from Crewe

I recently bought a Ford Focus from Rimrose Valley and was very happy with the whole experience. Gary was helpful and accommodating. He even spent time with me registering and taxing the car.Good value for money and they also provide a 3 months warranty.

Nothing personal towards this dealership, just over 18 months ago we purchased a vauxhall Zafira on a 63 plate, initially we had a few teething issues with the the car that where dealt with under the 3 month warranty, however since the expiry of our warranty the car developed a number of issue with the coolant system, the vehicle has had numerous services had a replacement oil cooler, replacement thermostat basically the entire coolant system has been replaced, it turns out the vehicle has had a steal seal fitted as a temporary fix for a blown head gasket, today we had to scrap the vehicle as it wasn't financially viable to keep paying out silly money for repairs, we still owe 3k on the finance, not good.

Just bought a car for our son from Matt, 3 month warranty which covers everything, no other garage comes close to offering this!, received a fair price for our trade in, small crack on the plastic in the seat on the new car, he replaced the whole piece before collection!! I can highly recommend Rimrose Valley Car Sales to anyone looking, you wont be disappointed, they are so helpful and any issues I know they will sort out which is worth it's weight in gold!!

Picked up another BMW from Rimrose Valley recently and I am delighted with it. This is the second car I've owned from them & it will be my first stop when I'm looking to change. Thanks to Gary, John & Matt.

Terrible service.. went to collect my Ford on the day we had agreed.. it was not ready, no mot. Asked to come back later. When I said I couldn't Jon was rude and stated it was not his problem. Would not use this company again

I purchased a Ford B-Max in February.They say that their 3-month warranty covers every single part of the car.... WRONG. They just make a little adjustment to complete the period of warranty an then bye bye.They also laid to me on different topics: the number of owners of the car, timing bel condition, warning engine never fixed, engine filter/oil never replaced, seat sensor, windscreen never fixed.Whenever I called them to fix the car they just find an excuse to postpone the issue. In the end, I had to fix my car at my own cost.

Ford SMax bought - probably the nicest and easiest experience of buying a used car that ive ever had. Matt went above and beyond to make sure I could take the car the same day. Lovely clean car, fair price given for my part ex too. Matt was so helpful. I hope I don't need to use the warranty but reassuring to know there is one.
