My 1st ever order from here and wow before even opening the package it all smelt amazing, quick dispatch and beautifull packaged,have just put pop in my warmer and my whole house smells incredible will definitely be ordering again and sharing this small business on social media platforms ..

Absolutely fantastic supplier for not just wax melts but body and bath items as well as more recently carpet freshener! They also do a dropbox service so you can order, pay and have it held to save on delivery costs. I love this as i can release it once im through all my current melts and i have a lot...slighty addicted! I highly recommend Scented Rainbows, the owner is so kind and helpful too! She does this with her sister and still works full time and has a child! I have a huge amount of admiration for her!

I rarely leave reviews, but I've been absolutely blown away by the customer service I've received from Leanne at Scented Rainbows. I placed a fairly large order containing birthday gifts, which unfortunately the courier never delivered.But after contacting Leanne (as the courier would only deal with enquiries from the 'supplier', not the customer!) she didn't hesitate to help me. She must've spent hours back and forth chasing the parcel, which subsequently never arrived. And despite being incredibly busy, she kept me in the loop the whole time. When it became apparent the courier wasn't going to help, without hesitation she offered to refund me for the sold out items, and sent the remainder of my order for a second time, with no extra charge.I've been buying from Scented Rainbows for the past year, and I'd never go anywhere else for melts now. Recently received my first order. Over the moon with the quality and scent throw. Couldn't believe how strong they smelt as soon as I opened the box! 2 small cubes filled the entire house. 100% recommend and will be buying again
