I called prior to ordering to make sure the fish I wanted was in stock.The guy I spoke to was friendly and informative. I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. The packaging was well suited to the product. It arrived in a bag wrapped in silver foil (like a heat blanket) within a polystyrene box. There was also a heat pad enclosed (this was still warm on the Sunday) We followed the instructions on the box. As per T&C. (These were taped on the box for convenience.) we checked the fish before opening the bag in case it hadn’t travelled well.The fish was healthy on arrival. It rested for a bit and is now eating and has settled in well

First time I've used MWA, fish arrived and doing well. But I was a bit shocked to find it was my local postman delivering the parcel along with my normal post. I have checked with Royal Mail and they refuse to deliver any live stock as they do not hold the correct licence for live stock. I noticed the box had no markings to say there were live fish in the box. Perhaps because Royal mail would refuse to take it. I recieved an email asking for feedback on the website, which I did, But it was quickly removed. So guess you can only leave positive feedback for them. My advise would be, if you are thinking of buying fish/inverts, shop with a company that will only use a proper licenced courier.

Wonderfully packaged fish, in great health too, eating straight away. Cant be happier and will 100% purchase fish again! Thanks very much for accommodating the Friday delivery.

It pains me to even put one star! This company (dare I call it that) is absolute shambles! They have “stock” on there website they don’t even have! If they do have it and you get it sent to you, you’ll be lucky if it’s alive! even when you’ve proven to them that the fish aren’t alive, they want you to dissect them and even after you done that they offer you a discount code! ARE YOU HAVING A LAUGH!!! They are a bunch of useless cowboys! AVOID THIS COWBOYS! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! TAKE MY ADVICE AND AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! You will thank me!!

This is the first time I have used MWA and as always it can be a little daunting.But the experience was outstanding. My fish arrived well packaged and the water was crystal clear.The fish is doing well in my tank so I will definitely be place a much larger order next time.Many thanks MWA.

I leave a lot of reviews on Google. Some good, some bad but all honest and objective. So when I say that the owner has more in common with his fish than with other human beings, I leave it to you the reader to decide why.

I bought some snails, which arrived dead, the smell from the bag was foul and the water was brown. There were 4 heat packs in the box so I'm not sure if they were too hot. Anyway I received a store credit for my loss. After already paying £24.99 for postage I had to pay another £14.99 for postage to use the store credit. Instead of putting more livestock's lives at risk I ordered some frozen fish food and some dried food.The dried food didn't arrive and the frozen stuff which didn't even add you to the postage cost arrived defrosted not packaged properly. Again I got in touch to be told the dried food wasn't in stock and no mention of my defrosted food. I got another store credit for the food that wasn't in stock. I have emailed a couple of times to say I'm not paying yet another £14.99 when they have already had over £40 in postage from me and I have nothing to show for it as the frozen food states on the box DO NOT REFREEZE"I have had no reply and I'm still waiting for dried food. This was a month ago.I do not recommend this place at all if you have to have stuff delivered

Looks like owner Paul provides ,, good service only if there is no issues! Absolutely shocking service right from the start!I've ordered two fish and a clam online.Package arrived next day as expected but not quite. Measured water temp in bags was around 20°C

Great service and fish once again from marine world aquatics.Lovely healthy fish well packaged and healthy on arrival .This is my 2nd order and again I'm very satisfied withy fish and service I received from the friendly people at marine word aquatics. 5 star happy to recommend.5*
