Superdrug

I think the reviews are a bit too harsh on the staff. They can be a little goofy about handing over the packages but they are quite nice and efficient.

I will not be going to this superdrug store at Bloomsbury (Brunswick Shopping Center) ever again. I used to go there a lot, and I would buy most of my things from there. But their rudeness, as the reviews below also comment on, is just BE-YOND. I do not think that the managers at this store care at all about managing business.I went to the store last night five minutes before its closing time (Thursday 27 October 2022). Right when I reached the door, I heard a loud scolding bark from a young woman at the till. She was shouted rudely, we are closing

Always check the receipt! They are charging the full price even the products are discontinued. I have asked before to pay and they confirmed that the product prices was reduced. I have checked the receipt and I was charged for the full price. When I went back and asked , while I was waiting, they changed the price to a different product and said that it was my fault. The cctv cameras in the store could prove it but I didn't have the time to go through all this. It's not first time when this is happening to me in this store. Hopefully someone will actually check the reviews and make sure they won't be allowed doing something like this to the customers!

Never saw a very horrible customer service like there!I went there Monday, I took some stuff and I been served from Seema. She start to scan twice my products, and when I say something she was telling me that I could take 2 more for free that’s why she was scanning the same product twice.Ok, fair enough, but I saw from the screen there were more product that I actually have bought, and when I tried to address her the mistake she was not let me talk.Ok I haven’t said anything.I asked for the receipt and I was on the side checking the receipt and when I was trying to show her, she cut me off telling me that some of them are discount, talking to me while she is walking away from me. Is it the way a person should talk to a customer?The day after I decide to come back with my bag and the receipt to show them what was wrong and I was very polite because si work on retails too and mistake happen.She saw me at the door and just moving her head she was asking me: “what’s wrong?”.I have aprocehed her telling that I been over charged. Then her colleague Raza said she will take over my case.I was politely showing her, but she didn’t let me talk at all, and she was trying to say that was correct, even though at the bottom of the receipts say the total amount of item you bought. My receipt was saying 12 when I have 10 in my bag.She hold me 10min to try to convince me that nothing was wrong… when I show her item by item then she decided to do the refund… but all of this came whit very rude manners. She doesn’t let you talk and she don’t listen neither.Well, I won’t come back anymore… they don’t have manners and they don’t know how to be respectful when people respect them.

Reading the previous reviews about this Branch I am not surprised that I have had such a horrible experience this afternoon. It looks like I was just another victim of rude and incompetent Staff who is clearly lacking leadership and personal skills.I was in the Store to buy just two items this afternoon : there must have been about 5 people in, including myself. I saw two members of Staff : one at the till and a young girl working through some delivery off a cage of stock. I am not sure the word working" is appropriate for what the girl was really doing is throwing stuff on the floor

Tried to buy a cosmetic item from the store and got scolded because I forgot my superdrug card and wanted to key in my email instead. Send your staff from some proper customer service training, or just hire normal people (ones that won’t scold you for unreasonable things, or scold you period). Went there on 18 Oct at 4pm, for reference, in case you want to fire her (which you should)

I saw the item was on sale for £4.79. Still, when I went to pay the bill, they charged me the original price of £5.79, so I told them and showed them the picture of what I had just seen on the shelf, and they told me it was last week's promotion, they are now charging the original price. Still, they didn't remove the 'on sale' price label; although the difference was only £1, the label misled customers.
