I had treatment by Paula after having a complicated tooth extraction.I had extreme pain, discomfort and was having trouble sleeping. I had pressure in my faceand swelling from nerve damage. We discussed this in full and arranged a treatment time tosuit me.Paula suggested remote Reiki (due to Covid restrictions) I was made to feel at ease, askedto light a candle and relax for 30 minutes.The treatment began with a comfortable warm feeling and overwhelming sense of calm. I felta little warmth in the side of my face where my tooth came out and my ear wasuncomfortable with a clicking noise.This eased almost straight away and the treatmentcontinued.The whole experience was pain free and calming. I opened my eyes after about 26 minutesand felt refreshed and the pain had eased considerably.I spoke to Paula after the treatment. She knew the treatment had been focused on my earand immense pressure on the side of my face and I confirmed this, she had treated me forthis and after this session I slept that evening very well and comfortably.My recovery improved swiftly and very well after this session with Paula and I didn’t haveany complications from the surgery.Paula is gifted with making you feel calm and at ease straight away and is veryknowledgeable about her field.I would not hesitate to have further treatment from Paula, her professionalism, care andsensitivity for her patient is paramount.

INCREDIBLE !I had a belief coding session with Paula, which was INCREDIBLE!Its quite hard to write in a review just how powerful my treatment was!I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect but within minutes of meeting Paula, I felt at ease, she is warm and welcoming, and has a very calm and kind energy.I felt very comfortable in opening up to Paula about why I had come to see her for healing in the first place. She created a safe space for me to share without judgement and made me feel heard, understood and supported, together we were able to work through a positive outcome.The treatment itself was really moving and powerful, I could actually feel her working on my energy and feel energy shifting and unblocking within certain parts of my body.Paula offered clear post treatment advice, she also contacted me after the treatment to ensure that I was ok, which made me feel supported and that she cared.Since having the treatment, I have definitely experienced a change with the issue I had gone to see her about, it’s like she blocked off the previous belief system / behaviours that I was struggling with.I highly recommend going to see Paula for the Belief Coding!
