Josh was a really great agent to work with during the purchase of my first property. He knew a lot about the flat I was buying and was in regular communication with me throughout the whole process. He was really helpful in explaining the process to me as a first time buyer, and recommend some useful contacts along the way too. All in, the process only took 8 weeks from submitting my offer to completion, which I'm sure is in large part thanks to Josh's proactiveness and responsiveness.
