Lost my dress and the woman insisted it was collected. Eventually the owner confirmed that it wasn't collected.

Was quoted £15 twice to have a pair of trainers cleaned, both times explaining they were expensive white and grey with suede. Asked someone to drop the trainers in for me and they tried to say it was going to cost more even though I had described what they were more than once. £15 was agreed and the trainers turned around in a day which is good time. The trainers are cleaned however they have damaged the suede on a £250 pair of shoes which I can now do nothing about. If you are unable to do this with care then do not accept it or, leave that part alone and explain why after. I would not use this shop again and would strongly advise you to think twice before taking any shoes you want to keep which have suede on them. Not a happy customer and will not be returning.Edit:I’ve received the shoes back from the person who dropped them off and can add further dissapointment in saying the soles were not cleaned and there are areas which do not seem to have been cleaned properly. Hence the now lower rating. Avoid!

They don’t keep their promises. They made me very upset several times.The staff just delayed to mend my jacket not to say sorry. I won’t go there any more.

A really good dry cleaners who are professional and prompt.They even fold your socks :)Unlike Crystals next door (of whom you should never use because they actually forget to give you your clothes and don't take your number).Concord are brilliant.Will regularly use.

CONMEN!!! Dont use this business.. gave £55.. to fix 2 car keys that never worked.. no refund.. very rude.. had to take them somewhere else and pay twice..CONMEN!!!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not even call them a service, I would have given zero stars if that were an option!
