Used them because of their good reviews. The communication with Letta in the office was excellent. Always responded, even on Sunday. Terms were clear. Team 1 turned up on time. No messing around. Packed up a five bedroom house. Next day two teams arrived. Moved us to the next house. Unpacked for us . Were helpful and stayed on till 8pm before leaving. Hope you guys enjoyed your pasta chicken meal. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend. Henry

A positive experience throughout, clear communication with different options prior to the move as we were sending some items to storage as well. On the day, the movers made a stressful day manageable and as easy as possible for us. All items were handled carefully and the movers were polite, helpful and professional. Very happy with the service and definitely recommend!

Could not recommend the team highly enough. Very competitively priced relative to some other companies we had looked at. We moved from a top floor flat with a lift to another top floor flat with twisty stairs and the team went above and beyond to get our furniture in while working with care. They even gave us some assistance on the best way to dissemble some furniture to make it easier to rebuild and helped my partner take the door off to get our bed in. Superb removals company - will be recommending to everyone!

After a traumatic “possible” move lasting six months Leader were so professional, helpful and accommodating. Even though our move date moved 4 times they tried their very best to fit us in. The guys on the day did a magnificent job So cheerful and accommodating. Only draw back but not down to them was that we were charged for waiting so I advise take out insurance against this. Highly recommend them. Great group of hardworking employees

The team were carried out our move were very professional, took good care of our belongings and had no issues moving our belongings down stairs from a second floor flat. Many of our items were still not packed on the day but the team were so helpful in packing as we went along, even with small items which could have easily been lost. They also helped put our items in the right place in our new home. I would highly recommend Leader Removals who also gave us a good price for our move.
