ADA Services were really helpful when we asked them to repair our broken washing machine door. Instead of buying a new one, we hoped it can be fixed. Unfortunately this wasn't the case, however with ADA Services' help we could replace it with a second hand door, which is working perfectly.

I would never go in this shop again so my door catch on the washing broke so I thought I would go down to my local washing place and get the part so i showed the guy the Door catch and he had a second one for £15 quid but couldn't tell me if it was working or not a total rip off for a second hand part. So I ordered one from amazon and it was only £10 brand new.

Staff extremely helpful and informative. Delivery of my purchase very quick and fitting of washing machine efficient. Would definitely recommend ADA Services. We were even given a free gift of a pen each.

Took in my heating element to buy a new one and the guy behind the counter tested it for me and said it was fine. Asked if I had a power cut, which I did and he told me to just reset the clock to see If that works. Could have easily charged me for the new heating element, will definitely be using this place more often

Phoned for a repair on my washing machine, was told late morning which quickly turned to 3:30 - not a problem.Adjusted my day waited in all day for a worker to show, ended up having to call the company at 3:45 to be told he was running 90 minutes late, a time I wouldn't be in. Didn't call to give me a heads up, and weren't apologetic - was due to pay £80 for 20 mins work too.Terrible customer service, would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely delighted with the service provided by ADA. Ordered a new washing machine from them and they delivered it on the same day. They also took away my old machine. Cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic customer service. Would definitely use them again.

I went into the shop today to discuss a repair for my washing machine.I feel I was taken advantage of being a female who has no idea about washing machines.I was quoted £45 call out fee and £100 to change the brushes on the washing machine. I called a few other places and was quoted £45 - £65 (shop around 1st)
