Yesterday, we had to contact Lockforce to attend our newly finished apartment development for an Emergency Call Out. Bridgestone Construction had handed the keys over to our client, tenants were moving in & the key wouldn’t work so they couldn’t get into their apartment. Noel attended site within the hour & had the barrel changed, with a new set of keys within 10 minutes. Which resulted in very happy new tenants. Noel worked efficiently, with a happy to help professional attitude explained what the problem was & how it could be rectified to our site manager. I feel compelled to write a review about my recent experience with Noel. My mum managed to lock herself out of her new house, very distressed, not knowing neighbours or having a spare key left her stood in the rain. Called Noel regarding fitting a new lock to our front door late on Friday night, it wasn’t an emergency but Noel said he come round and replace it on Saturday afternoon.
