Tires 4 Less - Team Protyre
Came here yesterday as a first time customer to get tracking done. Hadn't booked in advance but Adam was able to fit me in an hour later. Adam was friendly, welcoming and professional. Tracking done and at a great price. Didnt get the name of the guy who did the tracking but he was nicely polite and gave detailed feedback from the tracking. I highly recommend Adam and the team!

Took forever to change the tyres, an hour and a half is far too long, had to put more air in them when I got home, rears has 33PSI and should be 40

Tires 4 Less - Team Protyre
Got told there was a massive leak on the exhaust (van had just been serviced) so I took it somewhere else (JP Autos, 5⭐) and they had me look at the reading-ZERO emissions. Cleanest van they've seen. Safe to say I won't be going back to t4less.

My local garage that has looked after me for a while replacing the tyres on at least 4 vehicles over the years. They're always happy to help, sometimes able to beat some online prices if enquired within.My place to see first everytime.

Very helpful over the phone and booked in tyre repairs day in advanced at a specific time. On arrival after 15 mins, asked how long further and they advised would be another half an hour before getting sorted. No feeling of urgency on their part or respect for the customer's time, especially as I had the little one with me and had pre-booked in advanced. If delays are expected then there's no harm in communicating this with the customer when they arrive. Drove to another tyre place round the corner and they kindly did the job there and then as they had agreed when I called up ahead. Win some you lose some.

These guys can seriously waste your time! Had an appointment at 9.30am to change rear brake pads on my car, it's 11.45 now and it's still not done! My car wasn't touched for an hour, and I was sat there in the drafty cold waiting room, where I could hear the staff swearing at each other. Nobody told me that they were going to waste half of my Saturday. If you give an appointment time, at least honour it, if you can't do that, then at least give a reason why. I'm appalled by the lack of professionalism and courtesy of the staff at this place. Avoid, like I will do in the future.
