I am afraid I would not recommend this company -we are half way thru a new kitchen - Both my Wife and myself found them very difficult to deal with and perhaps a few lessons in customer care wouldnt go a miss with the guy I had to deal with !.They came to our house to measure up and stated that they couldnt measure due to the plugs not being straight - That's Fair Enough ! But Please don't walk off ( I presume through lack of interest with the job ! ) when we are trying to resolve the issueFelt very uncomfortable ! In my own house -and dont forget it was my money I was going to spend

Fantastic service from Flat Glass and Glazing, I renovated my house a few years ago and as funds were running low I ended up skimping on the panels in my stairway and went for perspex, for 5 years I kicked myself and wished I had gone for real glass. Darren from Flat Glass came to collect the Perspex panels and after just over a week had made me brand new 10mm Glass panels that look 100 times better than perspex. absolutely brilliant service and a cracking job. Thank you.

Had a problem getting our new sofa through the door. Called Flat Glass who came very quickly, took out the front window panel, installed the sofa and took away the sofa packaging! Brilliant and a very good price. (They even cleaned the glass when they had put it back).Thanks Neil and DarrenWould recommend without any hesitation.

Great local business run by 2 very helpful people. All aspects of glazing offered, didn't actually realise how diverse the company was.They have replaced double glazed leaded units in our hose on a few occasions.We wouldn't use anyone else now!Check out their new web site.
