Boots

My Jack Russell has just had a mast cell tumor removed from his foot and decided to remove the dressing. So I thought where's the best place to get some bandages, I know Boots. What a waste of time, first looked at the first aid kits and they were useless. Then I looked further down the shelf to where the bandages were supposed to be, the shelf was empty. Left the store with some tape & wound dressing. So Boots is ok for thirst aid (that's a meal deal) and no good for first aid !!!

Used the prescription service, staff are very friendly and efficient at their job. Very tidy environment and staff know what they're doing. Wonderful place to be!

I visited the Boots pharmacy section this week and was disappointed with the way a couple of the staff were looking at me while I was waiting to be serviced. I only had a question to ask. The staff there used to be much friendlier and more helpful. Hopefully, I will be better serviced next time.

I would recommend you find a different chemist if you’re looking for a nominated pharmacy for your prescriptions.I can only assume they have too many prescriptions and not enough staff as it’s a shambles and you will be waiting a long time for your prescriptions.I changed here thinking it was easy to pick up my prescriptions in the eve or weekends but the 3 I have had have been disastrous so I have gone somewhere more competent.I would recommend you do the same.

Popped in on Sunday, amazing cashier think he was called Ayan or something, really helpful and he was such a polite young fellow, he was quite handsome as well wanted his number but he refused as it was against company policy

Good store, friendly staff and good offers. Its compact with a good variety of products. The pharmacy customer service is excellent!

Poor service I’m afraid. Late ordering scripts on a regular basis. Called to collect a script last night which they had received 8 days ago wasn’t ready. They told me 30 minutes. I couldn’t hold on that long so came back today they said they don’t have it in stock when they had it last night. I SAW the box! So 9 days later I have no meds. There seems to be a high turnover of staff and the place looked in disarray with stock all over the floor. What was once a reasonably good service has now diminished to absolute chaos. Needless to say this is the very last time I will use their service. Extremely disappointing for such a household named pharmacy.
