Went in as I do twice a week to fill up and get a coffee as I fill up over 30 ltrs spend 46 to 50 pound I walk in after filling up go to coffee machine seen by the teller press for a coffee the machine can be herd running go and pay so I can collect coffee on way out to be told I didn't mention it I said I've just filled up and I always crab a coffee to be told he has to put in the machine first I said but you saw me press for tge coffee he then said I had to pay for it it was ready for me to collect very poor service in my mind won't be filling up again as the coffee will hv to go in the bin surely he could of added it on very disappointed and cheesed off

There are some very dodgy shenanigans going on at this petrol station. Whoever we have gone in to purchase a meal deal, we’ve been told their “meal deal button” on the till is broken so they cannot honour the deal price but have charged us for the individual prices of each item (hence no discount to us)?! Is this even legal??! We are looking to refer the matter to the suppliers as I’m sure the garage must be reaping the profits of the deals that they are not passing on to the customers. This all seems very dishonest business to me??

Twice in the last 3 months I went to buy a 6kg of propane at this garage. The first time I went the guy said that they didn't have any and when I said I have checked and there are a few there he said they were all empty. I didn't believe him. 3 months later I went again and remembering my previous experience I checked properly and there was 1 full bottle in the cage. When I went into the shop the cashier was in the back for ages. When he came out he said the same thing as last time. 'They are all empty'. I informed him that I have checked and there is a full bottle there. When caught out he said that he isn't allowed to sell them because of issues they were having with Calor. Can I please have confirmation of this because I do not believe that thus chap is telling the truth and believe that it is more likely that he couldn't be bothered to walk to the cage. I had my empty bottle ready both times. I have been using this garage for years and don't want to use it again because I do not trust the staff. This happened at approx 4pm today. Thank you

I wanted to buy some prepacked bread. The chap behind the till said they were out of date. When I said I wasn't bothered and pressed him to let me have them he told me that there are cameras watching to make sure he does nothing wrong and refused to sell them to me because he would get into trouble.This is a waste of perfectly good food and a corruption of the use of security equipment.

Bought milk here on our first visit stay nearby. We bought fuel here before we cane back home.

Regularly get lied to regarding Paypoint machine never working...despite clearly active. The same reply everytime the machine is offline"Also have had amazon parcels delivered here and had notification from amazon but the same guy will be insistent that its not there. Then find it when he decides to put his phone down and actually move his legs a few steps...At this present time I am actually on the forecourt waiting for my laundry to complete while he talks away on his phone and serves customers in a rude and unacceptable manner. He has been this way from day 1 and if it wasn't for the other staff member who is pleasant and professional this place would be empty.Offering a 24 hour service for fuel and shop etc is useless if the services can't be met or in this case can't be bothered coz he's lazy or incompetent or both.I'm fed up and he needs to step up or push off..."

As with most BP Stations the forecourt was well appointed and clean andvtidy. Used the excellent BPMe app to buy fuel so didn't enter the premises so can't comment on them.

If you like a free Costa coffee for every 30ltrs. It works out cheaper

Costa and nisa shops in sideshows opposite as well not the cheapest fuel around though.
