We purchased our carpets for the full house from carpet kingdom ( Bolton branch ) I’m absolutely thrilled beyond words with the result , the customer service provided to us by Umar is second to non, he was extremely attentive, accommodating and committed ensuring our every need was met. Our fitter Mo ( Mayyunddin) was truly skilled , he was highly recommended and I understand why, his attention to detail in every room is phenomenal he was extremely respectful and his warm personality really made the whole process enjoyable. PLEASE READ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely disgusting service. Visited this place with my mum a few months back. He gave me massively inflated price which I didn’t realise till I visited another business right after visiting his shop, only because my mother insisted in checking out at least one other place. The next day my mum called to cancel the order as I was busy and although I paid a deposit, which he confirmed was fully refundable. He asked my elderly mother to give him compensation for the time we waisted of his while we were in his shop. And when I rang him after my mum told me how he spoke to her he never mentioned anything about waisting his time. He tried to extort something out of my elderly mother but not me?? Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs. You WILL get much better carpets and prices at central carpets which is where I got mine form.

When I went to this shop the staff talked to me respect and gave me the customer service that I deserved. Also, they provide bargains that I struggled to find at any other carpet store. The fitting was very good and I am very impressed with the job!

Absolutely Brilliant place, nothing is to much trouble, lots of choice. Omar is very helpful, and very professional. Would recommend. Love my new rug, made to our own specific measurments. Great job.
