Communication is the key for me and O'Connells are 10/10 for this. Frequent updates, even during the times when the wheels turn slowly you're never left wondering what is happening. Oli, based at Tewkesbury was an absolute star, always friendly, always professional, always approachable, even with the smallest query. Bravo O'Connells, once again you been the best.

Roy, Faye and the team did a fantastic job with our Hartpury sale. Communication was swift and proactive and nothing was too much trouble. Our property sold within a week and despite sales processes never running smoothly, Roy kept us firmly up to date, ensured any issues were promptly dealt with, and did much follow up behind the scenes with the various involved parties to keep the process moving forward. We have had a relationship with O'Connells for over 5 years as they helped us rent our house multiple times before selling. Again, great experience as our rental agents as well as sales agents.

I recently used this agency to rent a fantastic 3 bedroom house in Gloucester. I dealt with a very friendly chap called Oli. As a truck driver I find it very hard to get days off in the week for viewings etc. Oli was fantastic help in working around this issue and helping me through the process of renting a property. When I went to collect the keys he even gave me two bottles of wine which I was not expecting. I highly recommend this agency. I will certainly consider using them again in the future.

We found that correct procedures were followed from the start of our purchase, and important issues were clarified. Roy was very willing to arrange extra viewings even over the Christmas period. Both he and his assistant communicated frequently and promptly between ourselves and the sellers of the property, consistently kept us up to date with developments and sought to smooth out any problems or answer our queries. All this was done in the most friendly and obliging manner: one always felt nothing was too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending the Tewkesbury agency!
