Good selection of appliances, hearths and surrounds. Survey and install completed exactly as arranged. Potential issues overcome without fuss. Install team made minimal mess and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent service, would recommend.

I found the Fireplace Company to be very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Following my initial enquiry I was quickly and clearly informed of the options to consider. I had fruitful discussions with the sales team before deciding to place an order. The fire I choose was delivered and installed with minimal disruption. I am unlikely to need a Fireplace again in the near future, but if I did The Fireplace Company would be where I would go.

Investigation, advice, installation and support from The Fireplace Company has been excellent and thorough. We were very fortunate to have chanced upon this company with a rather awkward Flue situation whilst buying a new property. The finished product is perfect for us and the pleasure we already are getting after only a few days of use is huge.

We absolutely love our new fireplace and stove installed by Lee and Gary. They did an amazing job, the finish is excellent. They were very neat and tidy throughout the work, put floor protection down and did a great job cleaning up. The fireplace really finishes off the room and makes it feel so homely, we are so pleased with it!

Great experience dealing with The Fireplace Company from the initial chat in the showroom to the final installation of our new wood burner. Very easy to deal with, every appointment including the indicative time of arrival were all met. Every person that I met from the company were a pleasure to deal with, clean, tidy and courteous.
