Fantastic experience as always in the Academy at Buzby and Blue. The trainees are simply amazing, with a great support network around them. Three generations of my family go there regularly and would highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Love the head massage with every hair wash. I had the lovely Ruby, this time round, who is a junior stylist. This young lady cut and styled my hair exactly the way I described! Can't recommend her enough.

My daughter received a £60 voucher for her 17th birthday in 2020, the Covid year. Unfortunately she wasn’t able to use it at the time. She moved away to university and we thought the voucher had been lost somewhere between Bath and Chichester. I currently have decorators redoing her room at present and we’ve just found the ‘lost’ voucher after a bookcase was moved away from the wall. Such a shame that B&B refuses to honor this. She’s devastated!

Both myself and my daughter had a cut and dry. With India and Ruby who where lovely, and did an amazing job. Loved the bean bag cushion for your feet, the head massage and general friendliness of the staff, was great to be asked if we had allergies to products. Definitely would recommend to friends.

I used the haircut service. I'm very disappointed, the stylist cut my hair as if I had a pot on my head , she tried but she didn't know? how correct that haircut. She didn't have time for this because the next customer was already waiting. She was very nice but very inexperienced. It was my first and last visit. I do not recommend.

I have been coming to Buzby and Blue for years for my haircuts and always have brilliant service.Today surpassed all expectations - Ruby who normally cuts my hair rescued me from a very bad home hair dye experience. From the very start Ruby was extremely professional and reassured me every step of the way. Ruby took the time to do tests on my hair before the appointment to make sure the results would be OK and during the appointment she continued to be very thorough doing extra checks as we went along. She also asked Alice, a senior stylist for a second opinion on each step and she was also extremely professional and very helpful and took the time even though she was very busy.All in all Ruby was absolutely amazing and I will certainly never be touching home dye again!100% recommend Buzby and Blue ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gemma is a genius she transforms my nasty fluffy hair into amanageable silky condition, she is always kind and patient and has the ability to remember the names of all my extended family even though she’s never met them I obviously drone on about them. I would never go anywhere else to get my hair smoothed out Thank you Gemma x
