Had a great time

Firstly may I say I have used this company before with no real issues until however I had the misfortune of having to use there returns department and wow what a nightmare! Why is it that these companies are brilliant when selling you something but a total nightmare when dealing with returns or customer service issues!Long story short I experienced rude and unhelpful staff including one of there managers, was given various different versions of how they deal with returns, the returns staff weren't interested in what I had too say and continually tried too talk over the top of me, I had the phone put down on me a number of times and still have failed to resolve my issue.I have contacted the CEO too try and resolve my issues which as yet I have had no response I will update this review if this changes.I am extremely disappointed too have received this level of service and expected a lot better! Further too this I have actually recived a response from CEO Camping World, and too be honest he did agree too resolve the issue but this was after a couple of self serving emails trying too justify their poor customer service policies and procedures, no indication as too weather the issues were going too be looked at and addressed and in fairness no real apology for the unnecessary and really very poor customer service and attitude of the customer service staff/manager. Its just a real shame that these company's are great while your buying from them but think it's OK that when things go wrong or it's some kind of customers service issue they make things as difficult as possible and treat people as an inconvenience! Further too this I have had too remove the name of the CEO from this review because camping world complained why he is so worried about having his name on a review of his company your guess is as good as mine? I would guess he doesn't want too be associated with his own company as its extremely easy too find online ?
