St Fagans Cattery

Just collected minty from the cattery and I don’t know why i was worried at all about leaving her for my holiday! She’s clearly had the best time and was purring like a little baby soother! Don’t think I’ve ever seen her so relaxed. Thank you so much. Such a pleasure to know we can pop away for a week knowing she’s being looked after with so much love. Thanks again. Until next time! This is the perfect place for all cat owners.Putting my 2 cats into a cattery for the first time, I had reservations. However, they were quickly muted.Voicing my concerns early to the owners, they reassured me from the offset with all the questions I had from security to diet.When I arrived, it was the family atmosphere I was looking for and it didn't disappoint.On picking our 'children' up, myself and my partner were overjoyed with the condition of them. And as all cat owners are aware, we know if they are happy. They really were.Knowing that this facility with its price, location and facilities is available, we're now planning our next holiday with no reservation.Thank you

Started using this cattery for my cat Spartacus, following recommendations from friends and family. Lovely owner and staff and never had any issues. I feel confident when going away my cat is well cared for and looked after.

We have used st Fagans cattery for many years following a family recommendation. Our cat always recieved the highest level of care and it was reassuring to know she was well looked after when we were away. When our cat required emergency care the cattery went above and beyond to support her and we were treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. We would not hesitate to recommend the Cattery to anyone else looking for a cattery who really care about cats and their welfare.

My first time using the cattery and I would never use it again! My cat stayed here in May whilst we were away for 10 nights. We visited the cattery prior to taking our cat, the owners seemed very nice but wouldn’t allow us to go into the cattery to view it as it may disturb the cats, which was a red flag! I was so nervous leaving my cat for the first time whilst we were away, I sent a message a few days into our holiday to check on our cat and I had no response. I rang several times during their opening times, eventually I had a response to say she was ok. My mum was picking Phoebe (the cat) up on a Saturday as we were travelling home that day, which I clarified with the owners. When my mum arrived to pick her up, she was told that they weren’t open that day and because of the bank holiday, she would have to come back on Tuesday, which would of resulting in us paying an extra £60 (double on bank holidays). My mum refused to leave without Phoebe as it was over a 30 minute drive to pick her up. When she collected Phoebe, she was smelly and her brand new cat carrier was ruined! It had other cat hair in there and smelled of cat wee and had scratches all over it. She had lost weight and when we fed her she ate it like she’s never ate before. She had diarrhoea and slept for 3 days after, she was exhausted! None of her cat treats that I took with her were opened and given to her. I would never recommend this cattery to anyone! How they have good reviews baffles me!

First time my cats had been to a cattery so I was very nervous they wouldn't settle as mainly house cats. But was reassured they were fine each time I called. Thank you for taking such good care of Cookie & Coco while my water leak was sorted . Would recommend

Well what can I say...Angharad and the team have been such an amazing help with our cat Luna! The cattery has been like a second home where she loves to go and is so well looked after. They provide a professional and comforting service and have even helped by booking Luna in last minute when my partner and I have work commitments or travel away. I would recommend this cattery to anyone as they really care and we will continue to use them for years to come! :) Josh & Olivia
