Went to see a car, agreed on price, put deposit down invoice given for car sale, said will give full payment after arranging some finance, finance arranged agreed to pick car up all sorted, a day before picking car up rang to sort what time I'm coming when i was told by umar, his brother has sold the car. Didnt even have the courtesy to explain how and why.. I have now arranged finance without a car being available to buy. Never have i come across such poor customer service . How can one sell a car already sold, totally disgusted by how they have operated, probably sold car to sum1 who offered a few hundred more.. Stay away!! Shoddy organisation

Bought a car off these in February 2023. The first journey (the journey home from the dealer), the engine light came on. 6 months later now and there are numbers of issues with the car and I am now having to get rid of it/scrap it. I raised a dispute with the finance company and dealership after 2 months of owning the car (the windows won’t even open!!). and the dealer is now ignoring my calls, the garages calls, the brokers calls and the finance companies calls.I will now be taking legal action.

Bought a prestine transit tourneo from here and the chap truely went above and beyond for me, van was as described and after getting home there was an issue with the battery. After informing EVM they got me a replacement to a car parts store near me the next day!Would recommend 100%

Bought a Range rover and 2 days later the front passenger wheel almost fell off on the motorway. The suspension light came on and the handbrake switch broke.after that the garage I took it to said both fro t wheels were bent. Took it back and asked for my money back but he said he didn't have it. Got another car and after having spent to have the crack in the windscreen fixed and the alloys refurbished, it looks ok now. Don't know where he gets these cars Mot done but, they must be family because these cars would not pass an mot anywhere else. Really bad communication to the point of ignoring your calls. I had to threaten with trading standards to get a response. Gave me money for a charity I'm Involved in, then took it back when I bought a cheaper car. Not very nice at all. Bad experience buying here. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased Porsche Cayenne. Firstly excellent service. Car was clean and exactly as described on the advert and discussions on the phone. Agreed good price for part ex. Competitive finance options with minimum deposit which suited me. Would recommend to all.

I bought a car (Mercedes) from EVM in April and I want to share my experience with you. We initially went to view it and arrange collection for the week after. The car was looking great, they serviced for me and gave it with a new MOT which left already a good impression. When we went to collect the car, all the papers were ready, in addition we got warranty, road tax paid, and they sent for V5. I was now impressed, but in two weeks I got the engine advisory showing on the dash board. I contacted warranty and they only covered part of the work done by Mercedes to identify and replace a faulty nox sensor as their rate was higher than their recommended garage. The EVM company refunded the rest until the last cent, all based on the receipts and invoices. I am recommending them for great customer service.
