Worst company ever!! Family used Victoria as an interior designer. She over charged, had numerous sub contractors in and out the house as she has no actual employees. The work was shocking also after paying Victoria direct she never paid the sub contractors she used so still to this day have random people knocking asking for money!!!! STAY WELL CLEAR

We worked with Ebony & Ivory with their interior design services and have bought multiple items from their showrooms. We have always found the team to be very polite and quick to respond. They have been very transparent with pricing and budget throughout. They are a lovely local business that we are pleased to support. We will use them again for future projects.

Well what can i say about Victoria terrible behaviour and just a con women! i would highly recommend NOT to use this company her attitude really is so shocking.Victoria doesn't pay her contractors! i found this out after bumping into one of her ex contractors at the local shops who informed me of what she done to him after he completed the best work i have seen in a long time, extremely professional and polite to myself & my family.Victoria blamed me to the contractor which is why he didn't get paid and after seeing him and his 2 children i just felt awful as this was ALL LIES!!!!I have advised the man that i amhappy to supply a statement if he wishes totake this further!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

We engaged with the interior design services of Ebony & Ivory Interiors and have been overwhelmed with the transformation they have provided my family. They guided us through the entire process each step of the way and always totally transparent about costings. We were always in control of the budget and always presented with numerous options and considerations based on our budget priorities. I would recommend anyone needing help in the design field to get in touch with them. Their friendly and professional approach was extremely welcomed as we have little knowledge in this field. Nothing was ever too much for them and they went over and above to make the transformations our house into home. Thank you.

We recently worked alongside Victoria and the team at Ebony and Ivory on a prime residential refurbishment project in Keston. We were the fit out Contractor implementing Victoria's design and ideas, which were well communicated to us. Victoria really added value with strong site presence and being around when needed which assisted with timely decisions and on site detailing. The end result of the designs was top class - would highly recommend Ebony and Ivory for their design services!

We have recently supplied Ebony & Ivory Interiors Ltd for a project. Every member of their team is friendly and well trained. They create incredible interiors with outstanding attention to detail.

We hired Victoria and team to try and take the stress out of the interior design process... how wrong we were. We were advised that our substantial budget would be more than enough for what we wanted to acheive however we were only presented with options that, when we received the costings, totalled more than triple our budget. The hostility came from Victoria when we stared challenging prices and asking for more information. It felt like we were being ripped off and lied to every step of the way and instead of providing us with more budget friendly alternatives we were told that most clients like to save up and purchase things at a later date.None of the timelines we were given were met and what was supposed to be a 3 month project to revamp" 2 areas of the house turned into a 9 month project with the work never being fully completed... they seem to just forget about us even though a number of things are outstanding and the agreed work not completed.After asking around we found that the experiences of other clients of theirs were similar to ours. I would warn anyone from using this company for interior design services."

We used Ebony & Ivory for there home staging service to help us sell a house. They gave us advice on what they thought would help us achieve our goal. They where very professional from start to finish. Home staging defiantly helped with the sale of the house and I would definitely use them again.

Please consider VERY carefully before using this company. They claimed damaged goods at the end of my contract with no evidence. Supposedly a mirror that was affixed to the wall (by them) managed to get it self off the wall and damaged. Happy to share details for anyone wanting to consider using them - my strong recommendation is dont use them.

Grant and Victoria, Steven and I cannot thank you enough. From the moment we walked into the shop we knew that we were in good hands with people who cared. You really understood our version that we wanted for our wedding flowers and the Ibiza beach theme. You created something to fit our brief and our budget, plus were conscious that we had to fly the flowers (silk) to Ibiza so came up with some clever solutions! We had hand corsages, button holes, bouquets and table arrangements. You both were a pleasure to work with and so glad you were part of our wedding. We are loyal customers for life.
